Policy

Accessible Theme is fully committed to digital accessibility. It is our policy to ensure that everyone, including persons with disabilities, has full and equal access to our digital offerings including both this website and our products.

Standards

Accessible Theme strives to meet the following accessibility standards: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 AA and PDF/Universal Accessibility (PDF/UA) to ensure our digital offerings are ADA Compliant.

Meeting Standards

Accessible Theme has devoted itself to meeting every last WCAG 2.0 AA success criterion.  We have meticulously examined both our website and our products to ensure they meet WCAG 2.0 AA.  You can read exactly how we meet all success criteria in our VPAT® (coming soon) and Accessibility Statement.

Beyond our current efforts, we will continue to review, evaluate, and improve our digital offerings to exceed WCAG and follow web accessibility best practices which are more rigorous.

Steps Taken

  • We have conducted a full audit of our website, AccessibleTheme.com itself and our product, Accessible Theme
  • We have enrolled in web accessibility training to continually improve our knowledge and skills as content creators and developers
  • We invite feedback from all users to improve our accessibility

Legal Compliance

Through our genuine and good faith commitment and devotion to accessibility, we believe we not only meet but exceed the digital accessibility requirements imposed by Title I, II, & III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 & 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as well as other state laws that incorporate WCAG 2.0 AA.

Legal Compliance

Accessible Theme is committed to accessibility and we are always seeking to improve. If you know of a way we can improve, we’d love to hear more.  You are welcome to email us at contact@accessibletheme.com.
